Your weekly fire playlist is back! This New Music Mondayz selection from wgNetworks.tv is exactly what you need to get through that long work day.

Let’s jump into the playlist, shall we?

Jameson Connects Kenya at this time of the year holds the reputation for holding down amazing end of year concert with amazing international artists. This year, Ty Dolla Sign alongside Nasty C, local deejays and artists, will be gracing the Jameson Connects stage and, for Dolla Sign, he couldn’t be coming at a better time as his new album, Beach House 3, is out and the songs on it are so good! The album has 20 tracks and it features great artists like Lil Wayne, John Mayer, YG, Jeremih, Swae Lee, The Dream and so many more.

The LA singer-rapper-producer, born Tyrone William Griffin Jr, first rose to fame in 2010 after featuring on YG’s ‘Toot It and Boot It’, a song which he had written and produced for Def Jam Recordings in his initial years.

His debut album, Free TC, on Atlantic featured big-hitters like Kanye West, Fetty Wap, and Kendrick Lamar.

The album, according to pundits, cemented his position as one of the dominant voices of hip-hop – melodic, eerie and hedonistic.

The rapping, singing, gun-for-hire new album Beach House 3 features his narrow cheeky metaphors. Released this year in October, the album serves as the third installment in his Beach House series.

TY has just about every musical tool at his disposal. His Kenyan fans are in for a treat. With a series of well-received mixtapes, a new album and the approval of a lifetime when Kanye invited him to Mexico to work on his upcoming album Swish, TY’s show promises to be nothing short of eclectic.
