Dubs

The strings element on this tune made us ‘wheeeeel’ it up again. The song speaks about how Busy Signal’s sound (dubs) makes the sound sytem mash up the place. The song is a champion of soundsystem culture and how dub plates remain killer armory. Busy Signal’s dub plates are known to kill any sound.

What Do You See Ft. Busy Singer

Trust Busy Signal to go ahead and put out a song featuring himself. This hit reminds us of the days of Ninja Man and Bounty Killer. The beat is quite infectious and definitely this is a lady’s wine up chuune.

Company

This one has a cross between Ragga and Tropical house and the Turf President seems disappointed that she no longer wants to spend time with him. It is a club banger hit and one that will see many house music DJs incorporate in their playlist.

Free up

Without a doubt, Javada Music’s 2015 riddim, Cold Heart has been such a club banger and crossing over to 2016-17, remains that riddim that gets the club up on its feet again. One massive tune by Busy Signal, Free Up, a big tune dat! Busy Signal’s message is quite one to fathom about.

He goes ahead to remind why the great people are black. The reggae world better hold tight because it’s bound to explode! Busy Signal is just at another level. This riddim and tune, Free Up was our tune for the year 2016 and riddim of the year 2016 on our yearly review LazeReggae show, the last of the year 2016.

Fresh-From-Yaad

The title track, Busy Signal reminds you why he is the freshest and the best in the game. He goes ham on this tune lyrically. Not comparable! Incomparable. The tune has the undertaker bells and seems to hit on his haters!

Out Of Many

One of the most known quotes from Jamaica is their national motto: “out of many one people” and this tune explains in essence out of the many acts, only one reigns and that is Busy Signal. The music video saw him rock a sheikh outfit, while ripping up a classic dancehall riddim—Jammy’s “Magic Moment” riddim—inna style made famous by the great Shelly Thunder.

Bwoy Full A Chat

Now dis is the tune that sees Busy deejay inna mad style like Ninja Man. He is quick to hail his generals too on this one with mentions of Ninja Man and Bounty Killer.

“Even when their plate full them still ungrateful. Show some love!” Busy Signal mellow down on this inspiring track urging mankind to show love and stop being unkind.
