Khaligraph Jones has made quite a name for himself when it comes to Hip Hop in Kenya and he is certainly expanding his fan base within and without Africa, having just come back from a show in Dubai, a few days ago.

The artist has grown so much since WAPI days that he owns Blu Ink, a recording studio/music label that is currently on the hunt for some of the hottest talents to sign.

From the looks of things, It seems that K. Jones is finally ready for us to sample some of his music off “Testimony 1990” his forthcoming debut album, at his first live show ever backed up by a band, this May 6th at The Alchemist.

Other performances of the night are we of the hottest new school Hip Hop artists, Timmy Blanco, Shukid, Steph Kapela and C2K.

Khaligraph has stated, via his Instagram account, that he’s trying to get Kantai to perform on 6th.

Using #KhaliDay, Khaligraph will be giving away tickets to the lucky fan with the best rendition of Mi Casa Sure Casa. This not oh gives you entry to the gig but also a chance to hang out with Papa Jones himself!

Having seen him on stage before, this sure does promise to be an incredible show! Tickets are only Kshs 1,500 at the gate and Kshs. 1,000 advance. They’re available on
