The reward campaign dubbed NjaaSanta aimed at easing the January blues for Kenyans. Both subscribers and non-subscribers of DStv were rewarded.

NjaaSanta awarded people randomly as they went about their daily lives by not only paying subscriptions and giving DStv decoders, but also fueling cars, paying for meals, paying for shopping in supermarkets and even buying school uniform and school shoes and giving various branded goodies.
NjaaSanta also came strapped with a 90 day NjaanuarySurvivalKit with tips and trick to guide customers to their favorite shows on DStv. The DStv NjaanuarySurvivalKit also featured leading shows on DStv channels such top series Express from the US and new movies on DStv BoxOffice, magical M-Net, sporty SuperSport including the ongoing AFCON games, local productions on Maisha Magic East, spicy recipes with Food Network, fun times with Cartoon Network, the A-Lister’s guide to a popping Njaanuary with Vuzu Amp, Njaanuary soapie nights with Eva and Telemundo and Bollywood action with Zee World.
