Mashed potatoes and steamed French beans as sides.

Ingredients: Chicken, rosemary, honey, lemon, salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Marinate the chicken using the honey, lemon and rosemary mix. (Make sure the marinade is thick).

 

  • Place in the roasting tin and roast for 45 minutes, once in a while basting the chicken with the marinade to keep it moist and to add flavor.

 

  • Take out the oven and use the ”juice ‘from the tin to make a gravy-for the gravy, add wheat a small amount of flour to thicken it, season to taste.

 

  • Serve this with mashed potatoes or another accompaniment of choice and some vegetables (I used steamed French beans).
