When tapping your twists just isn’t enough, keep these quick hair hacks in mind for relieving tenderness after styling.
1.) Chat with Your Stylist
Avoid concerns arising like breakage, tenderheadedness, and anything else by chatting with your stylist before she starts. It’s important your stylist knows your concerns so they they can guide you in the right direction and make suggestions as to what’s best for you. If it feels painful, let them know before your whole head is finished. Ask your beautician to analyze your curl pattern if you don’t already know it, and get aftercare products specifically designed for your hair type.
2.) Stay Hydrated
Hydrate from the inside out. An itchy or painful scalp is usually a sign of dehydration so load up before, after, and during your appointment.
3.) Lock in Moisture
